Welcome to my Cardio Kickbox series. The Cardio Kickbox series is one of those fun workouts that most people can do and you don’t even need the jump rope as long as you can jump in place to raise up your heart rate. You will need a pair of dumbbells and I recommend starting with 5lbs.
These workouts are short and just under 20 minutes and ideal for those busy days when you don't have much free time.
